Data that leaves your phone only because you chose to send it: contributed videos, the movement data derived from them, the consent record, deletion codes, and feedback or joint positions shared through the app's sharing toggles.
Fevo AI does not create or keep face templates, voiceprints, or any other biometric identifier. Contributed videos have no audio, faces are blurred on your phone before upload, and the movement data is a set of joint positions that is not used, and is not designed, to identify anyone. We commit never to use contributed data to identify a person, and never to sell, lease, or trade it.
| Data | Kept until | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Contributed video (no audio, faces blurred) | The earliest of: 3 years from upload; 30 days after a deletion request (backups within 90 days); the day it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for | Encrypted storage in the United States (Cloudflare R2) |
| Movement data derived from a contributed video (joint positions, measurements, ratings) | Same schedule as the video it came from | Same |
| Consent record (checkbox states, typed name, time of agreement) and deletion code | Same schedule as the clip; the deletion code is destroyed with the clip | Same |
| Anthropic's processing copy of a clip | Deleted by Anthropic within 30 days of processing under our data processing agreement | Anthropic, PBC |
| Shared feedback, joint-position slices, onboarding answers | 3 years, or on "Delete my data" in Settings | Same storage as above |
| Your installation identifier | Stored only as a one-way hash; destroyed on "Delete my data" | Same |
Texas timeline: where Texas law applies, contributed data is destroyed within a reasonable time and no later than one year after the purpose for collecting it ends, and in every case no later than the 3-year limit above.
Deletion removes the stored object and the record that points at it; what remains is a dated tombstone that holds no video, no movement data, no consent record, and no identifier, so that a deleted clip can never be restored or re-linked. Backups are purged on their own cycle within 90 days. Model improvements already made from a clip before its deletion are not reversed, as the consent screen states.
