Fevo AI treats the following as consumer health data, whether or not a given state does: a contributed video of you exercising, the movement data (joint positions and the measurements derived from them) calculated from a contributed video, and any joint positions you choose to share with a piece of feedback. Fevo AI does not collect diagnoses, conditions, medications, or any other health information, and does not ask health questions.
Only when you choose. A contributed video is collected only after you (or the adult you are recording) agree on-screen, before recording starts. Shared joint positions are sent only while the sharing toggles in Settings are on. The app's ordinary form feedback runs entirely on your phone and collects nothing. Separately, if you turn on "Keep my videos on this phone" in Settings, each set is also saved as a video on your phone only — it is never uploaded, and is deleted after the period you choose.
To train and evaluate Fevo AI's form-analysis and rep-counting models, and to find and fix their mistakes. Nothing else: not advertising, not marketing, not identifying you, and not sale to anyone.
You, through the Fevo AI app on your phone. We do not obtain consumer health data about you from anyone else.
We do not share consumer health data with affiliates (Fevo AI has none), advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else, and we do not sell it.
Up to 3 years from collection, or earlier if you delete it: deletion requested in the app, with a deletion code, or by email is completed within 30 days (backups within 90). Full schedule: Contribution Data & Retention Policy.
To exercise a right: Settings → Delete my data, Settings → My contributions, the deletion code shown at consent, or privacy@fevoai.app. Because Fevo AI holds no name or email for you, we will ask for your installation identifier or a deletion code to find your data.
