The short version

Fevo AI watches you squat through your phone's camera and turns the video into movement data: the positions of your joints in each frame, as numbers. The form feedback runs on your phone, and your sessions are saved on your phone as those numbers, never as video, unless you turn on "Keep my videos on this phone" in Settings, in which case videos stay on your phone only, are never uploaded, and are deleted after the period you choose. Nothing leaves your phone unless you turn on sharing, choose to contribute a clip, turn on the coach, or ask us to delete your data. There are no accounts, no ads, and we never sell data.

If you ask the coach a question in the app, or answer one of its questions, what you asked or answered, the most recent turns of the conversation, your coach notes (including the lifts you train, the setup and build answers you gave, and which of those answers the coach may still ask you for) and three of your onboarding answers (goal, experience and how often you squat), and a summary of your sets and reps and your feedback on them (which lift each set was, where the phone filmed it from, including whether a front set was filmed from hip height or the floor, counts, measurements, the loads you entered, the form checks that judged each set and what they found, ratings and when each set was recorded, never joint positions or video), the app's list of the places it films each lift from and the checks each place covers (for the squat, the checks for the kind of squat you filmed last, with or without a bar), the place it suggests for your next set of each lift, and the latest result of a check, with your own answer when it asked you, are sent to OpenAI to produce the answer, after you have agreed to that in the app: on the coach step when you set up the app, on the coach screen, or in Settings. Each request also carries a one-way code derived from your installation, so OpenAI can detect misuse of its service; OpenAI cannot turn it back into your installation, and it is not the identifier Fevo AI's own servers use. OpenAI may keep everything sent with a request, and the answer, for up to 30 days to check for misuse of its service (longer where the law requires it, or where OpenAI needs it to protect its service or others from harm), and does not use any of it to train its models. Fevo AI keeps no copy of the question or the answer on its servers. In the app the coach appears as Mike, an AI personal trainer: Mike is an AI system that runs on OpenAI, not a person. You can turn the coach off in Settings at any time. Fevo AI counts your answers about today (sleep, energy and soreness) as consumer health data; our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy says how they are handled. Fevo AI does not collect, use or sell personal data to train large language models.

1. What is saved on your phone

Your assessed sets (as joint positions and the measurements derived from them), your history, your onboarding answers, and your settings are stored on your device. If you turn on "Keep my videos on this phone" in Settings, each set's own video is stored on your device too, on your phone only. Deleting the app deletes all of this. "Delete my data" in Settings deletes it too, and also deletes what Fevo AI's servers hold for your installation, with the two exceptions section 6 gives. The app's random identifier, which a reinstalled app goes on using, can stay in your phone's keychain after the app is deleted, and so can a deletion you asked for that has not reached our servers yet, so that a reinstalled app can finish it. A record of your free sets (how many you have recorded, how many of their results you have seen, and whether Premium has been offered on this phone) stays in the keychain after "Delete my data" and can stay after the app is deleted, so that your free sets do not start over. These keychain items hold nothing else.

2. What we receive if you turn on sharing

Sharing is off until you turn it on in Settings. While it is on, the app sends Fevo AI:

• Your answers to the app's feedback questions, including answers you gave before you turned sharing on: whether a finding matched what you felt and the reason you picked, whether the rep count was right and what the right count was, your answers to "Check the rest" and the reps you picked there, and how useful a session was. Each answer carries the time you gave it, and an answer about a finding or in "Check the rest" carries the app's measurements for that rep or set.
• If you turn on "Include the movement data" when you answer about a finding, the joint positions the app tracked during that rep, so we can see what the app saw.
• If you also turn on the second sharing toggle in Settings, the full movement data of every set whose rep count you confirmed or corrected, including sets recorded before you turned it on: the joint positions the app tracked in every frame, the reps it found with its measurements and findings for each, and the load and bar position you entered. Never video.
• With each feedback answer and each set, the app's version, the type of iPhone you use, and which lift and camera view the set was filmed as (for example, squat from the side).
• Your four onboarding answers (goal, experience, how often you squat, how you found Fevo AI) and your confirmation that you are 18 or older. None of these are health questions.
• A random installation identifier the app creates, which we store only as a one-way hash. It is not your name, email, phone number, or Apple ID, and sharing sends none of those.

We use this to find and fix mistakes in Fevo AI's form analysis and rep counting. Turning sharing off stops further sending; "Delete my data" removes what was already sent.

3. Optional clip contributions

If you choose to, you can send Fevo AI a short video (no audio) of yourself — or of another adult who agrees on-screen — performing a squat, bench press, or deadlift, so we can improve Fevo AI's form analysis. Faces are blurred on your device before upload. We collect the video, the movement data derived from it, a contribution identifier, the typed name and time of the on-screen agreement, and, for someone else you record, a deletion code we give them. We use contributed clips only to train and evaluate Fevo AI's form-analysis models. They are viewed by Fevo AI's review team and processed by Anthropic, PBC, which produces a preliminary rating for our reviewers under a data processing agreement, deletes clips within 30 days, and does not use them to train its models. Clips are stored encrypted in the United States for up to 3 years, then deleted; you or the person recorded can delete a clip sooner from Settings → My contributions, with the deletion code, or by emailing privacy@fevoai.app, and we complete deletion within 30 days (backups within 90). Model improvements already made from a clip are not reversed. We never use contributed clips for advertising or marketing or to identify anyone, we do not sell them, and contributing is never required for any feature. 4. Joining the beta list on this website

The list on our homepage is the only thing this website itself collects, and only if you fill in its form or email us to join; applications to our creator program arrive by email (section 6). Everything above this section is about the app; nothing on this site tracks you for simply reading it.

To join, you give an email address, a mobile number, or both, and tick a separate box for each one you want us to use: one for emails and one for texts. Both boxes start unticked. You can also give your first name and the lifts you train; both are optional. You must be 18 or older to join, and mobile numbers must be US numbers. Each time you send the form, we keep what you sent as a separate record, with the time, the version of the form, and the version of the words in each box you ticked. Sending the form again adds a new record and never changes or removes an earlier one; for each email address and each number, we go by the most recent record.

We use the list for two things only: to tell you when Fevo AI is on the App Store, and about a beta if one opens first; and to count which lifts people train, to decide what to build next. Being on the list does not reserve a place in a beta. By email, that is at most three emails in all, each with a link to unsubscribe.

We send no texts until our text messaging is set up. Then our first text to your number asks you to reply YES, and we send nothing more to that number unless you do. After a YES, we send at most two more texts: one if a beta opens first, and one when Fevo AI is on the App Store. If you text HELP or STOP, we answer once. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell the list, and we do not share it with anyone for their own use. No mobile information or text-message consent is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. When we send the emails and texts, a messaging service will deliver them for us; we will name it in section 5 before we first use it. We store what the form sends with Cloudflare (section 5), in the United States, in storage used for nothing but the list. To limit how often the form can be sent from one connection, our server also counts each connection's sends under a code made from its internet (IP) address, not the address itself; that count is never stored with your entry.

To leave the list, reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email privacy@fevoai.app with the address or number you gave. We act on each request within 10 business days. We keep a code made from that address or number, with the date and the kind of the latest request, so that those messages stay stopped and the address or number is never added back by mistake; we delete that code after four years. Stopping texts or emails keeps the rest of your entry until we delete the list. If you ask us to delete your entry, we delete every record that holds that address or number, any copy we exported to send messages, anything a messaging service holds for us, and any email you sent us to join, and keep only that code. If we have texted you, we also keep the record of your agreement to texts and of your replies for four years after our last text to you, to answer any question about those texts.

Otherwise, we delete the list within 30 days after we send the App Store notice, and each record two years after it was made at the latest. If you email us to join instead of using the form, we add your address to the list for emails only and keep your email as the record of your request; we delete both like any other entry.

If you joined between 2026-09-11 and 2026-09-30 with our earlier form, you asked us to email you when the beta is ready, and you told us about how you train. That is the one email we will send you from it, if a beta opens, and it will say how to join this list for the App Store notice. We keep your answers, which help us decide what to build next, until the beta program ends or we delete the list, whichever comes first, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The form submission is the only request this site makes to a server of ours.

5. Who else processes data

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts Fevo AI's servers and stores contributed clips, shared feedback, and the beta list described in section 4 (R2 storage and Workers), in the United States.
• Anthropic, PBC processes contributed clips to produce a preliminary rating for our reviewers, as described above.
• OpenAI produces the coach's answers from what you send, as described above; it may keep that, and the answer, for up to 30 days to check for misuse of its service (longer where the law requires it, or where OpenAI needs it to protect its service or others from harm), and does not use them to train its models.
• Apple distributes the app and, during testing, TestFlight. Apple's own privacy terms apply to what Apple collects.
• Microsoft 365, bought through GoDaddy, holds the email you send to an @fevoai.app address, such as support@fevoai.app.

No one else receives data from Fevo AI. We do not use advertising or analytics services, and the app makes no network connections other than the ones described here.

6. Your choices and rights

• Sharing and contributions are opt-in, every time, and you can turn sharing off at any time in Settings.
• "Delete my data" in Settings gives the app a fresh identifier and deletes what Fevo AI's servers hold for your installation, with two exceptions. Counts and codes that limit what requests can be made expire on their own within two days. We keep a one-way code derived from your installation (the same one each coach request carries to OpenAI) and the date of your request for up to 60 days, only to pass the request on to OpenAI.
• If you subscribe to Premium, Fevo AI's server counts your coach questions each day under your subscription to apply fair use, and deletes the count within two days. When a subscription reaches the day's slow-down or pause, we keep a coded note of that day for 90 days, with no question or answer in it. Both belong to the subscription, not your installation, so "Delete my data" does not remove them.
• Any clip can be deleted from Settings → My contributions; a person recorded by a friend can delete it with the deletion code shown at consent, without involving the recorder.
• You can ask us what we hold, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent by emailing privacy@fevoai.app. The app holds no name or email for you, so for anything the app sent us we will ask for your installation identifier or deletion code to find your data. If you joined the beta list on the website we do hold the email address or mobile number you gave, and either one is enough to find and delete that entry; section 4 says what we keep after a deletion. We respond within 30 days.
• If you email support@fevoai.app to apply to our creator program, we keep your emails and our replies only to consider your application and answer you. We delete them within six months of your first email, or sooner if you ask at privacy@fevoai.app. If you join the program, our creator terms say what we keep instead.

7. Children

Fevo AI is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use sharing or contributions, and anyone you record must be 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it.

8. Security

Data in transit is encrypted (TLS). Contributed clips and shared feedback are stored encrypted at rest in the United States. Access is limited to Fevo AI's review team. On your phone, pending uploads are protected by iOS file protection. A contributed clip's video is deleted from your phone once the server confirms receipt. The sets, feedback answers and onboarding answers you share stay on your phone after they are sent, until you delete them.

9. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that enables a new use of data you already shared, we will ask for your consent again in the app before using it that way. Other changes are posted here with a new date.
