Creator Program Terms
1. What this covers
These terms cover Fevo AI's creator program: you share your own App Store offer code, and we pay you for the subscribers who use it. To join you must be 18 or older and live in the United States, and we must accept your application. The terms apply once we have accepted your application and you have told us by email that you agree to them.
2. What you earn
You earn $5, $12.50 or $25 for each full-price month that a subscriber who used your code pays on the $19.99, $49.99 or $99.99 plan, for up to 12 such months per subscriber; the 50%-off first month, refunded months, months after a cancel and credit packs earn nothing.
3. What counts
A month counts when a subscriber who used your code pays the full price of their plan for it through the App Store and the payment is not refunded. Each subscriber counts for at most 12 such months. We count them from Apple's App Store reports, and we pay on what those reports show. Subscriptions you or your own household take out with your code earn nothing.
4. Your code and your audience's offer
We give you one App Store offer code, and Apple's link that opens the App Store with it filled in. Your audience gets 50% off their first month of Premium when they subscribe with it. Codes and links arrive when Fevo AI is on the App Store.
5. The rules
- Label every post, story or video that mentions Fevo AI or your code as paid, with #ad.
- Make no health or medical claims about Fevo AI.
- Run no paid search ads on the Fevo AI name.
- Do not use your own code, or give it to your own household.
6. Payouts
We pay monthly, by bank transfer, after Apple has paid us for the month. Before your first payout we ask for a tax form. Our Privacy Policy says what we keep to pay you.
7. Changes
The amounts are fixed. They may change for new referrals once our real running costs are known; we will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change. Months already earned are paid.
8. Ending a code
We can end a code that is abused or used against these rules. You can leave the program at any time by emailing us. Months already earned are paid.
